Building a Foundation

If you build a house on an uneven foundation, you will have a weak structure. This principal applies equally to the human body. This course addresses the possible causes of plantar fasciitis and it’s resolution. Also covered are methods to avoid heel spurs and knee pain and the relationship of foot and leg imbalances to lower back and neck pain. Effective foot and leg work can be very uncomfortable for some clients. Learn how to reduce or eliminate that pain with proper preparation and body mechanics. Addressing foot and leg problems may be the most overlooked aspect of doing effective bodywork. This may add a new dimension to the fine bodywork you are already doing.
